The Social Media Association for Business is the place to be, for all those interested in learning, discussing, questioning and answering everything around the topic of the moment.
The next meeting will be held at the University of Ulster, Belfast on 25 January from 18:00 to 20:00.
The organiser, Martin Gilchrist says:
We are delighted to announce that for our first meeting of 2011 which will take place on Tuesday 25th January at the University of Ulster, Belfast we will be hosting Lisa Kavanagh (Director of Business Transformation) and Colm Teggart (Business Manager responsible for the operational roll-out for clients) from Gem. They will be telling the story of how they manage the outsourced social media services on behalf of their clients.
Gem is one of Europe’s largest leading independent providers of outsourced multi lingual, multi channel customer contact solutions. This should be a very interesting presentation for any business that uses or is considering using social media.
